  • Of course! Everyone needs a starting point. My classes are especially tailored to beginners because I believe strongly in the benefits of yoga and want to make it accessible for all people to try. It doesn’t matter if you think you’re “not flexible.” Classes are designed to meet you where you are. Different options are provided and you are always encouraged to listen to your body on any given day. Due to my training in yoga therapy, pain & injury care, and anatomy informed yoga, I am confident that I can support you in your practice.

  • You have various options with me. I host private sessions in person (Dakar, Senegal) or online from anywhere. I have 3 in person group classes a week (Tuesday & Thursdsay evening, Saturday morning). I have one Zoom class per week (Wednesdsay evening).
